Every quarter I get the opportunity to contribute for Austin Woman Magazine in a column called Ask Ashley. These are some of my absolute favorite shoots to do because I am able to portray my personal style, just like my Style du Jours, but get published! In the latest Ask Ashley I focused on Splurge or Steal and compared my look to Kate Beckinsale’s. We were pretty dead on with how close the looks were and mine was definitely a fraction of the cost!

I have been so anxious to show off the final ads from the City of Bastrop shoot we did over a 3 day period all over the town. The majority were shot at the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort, which is AMAZING if you haven’t been out there.
Here are some of my fun behind the scenes shots from each scenario! Keep on scrolling to see the final shots!
At the final shots!
Can we say busy year? 2014 has by far been my best working year yet. I have booked so many amazing projects and can count the days I’ve had off on one hand. That’s probably not a good thing, but if you know me I love to be busy working!
This was the third T-Mobile project I have worked out and this one was just as fun as the others! We shot this web video in one long, fun day! I even got to make an appearance in the video as a boutique employee! I wish I would have known before hand so I could have worn something a little better!
Here are a few behind the scenes shots and the video below!

SO excited to finally get to post these videos!!
I had the chance to work a full day on shooting 5 Build-A-Bear + Disney videos with the cutest little kids; on my birthday! I was a little sad I had to work a 14 hour day on my birthday, but I just couldn’t pass this one up! We have such a kick-ass team and styling kids is one of my favorites since you can have so much fun with kids clothes! Especially on this shoot – tutus!!! Check out some of the behind the scenes shots and ALL 5 videos!!!

This January I was called in to work on a really fun project with Dollar Tree and ReelFX. They wanted to shoot 2 national commercials to show how many goodies you really CAN get for just a dollar; one being generic and the other being for Easter. The first one has aired already and is showing around the US! The Easter commercial should be airing in the next couple of weeks so keep an eye out!!
This is the first commercial project I have been a part of that has combined animation. I wasn’t sure what to expect with editing since I haven’t seen many commercials like this, but when I got the final edit I was blown away!! I definitely can’t wait to see the Easter version too!
Here are a few behind the scenes shots and then one of the actual commercials! ENJOY!

Saying this was a an awesome shoot is an understatement! This was one of the funnest shoots I’ve been on and I have been dying to release the photos for months now! I had the pleasure of working with ESPN Magazine for a feature on Chandler Parsons last October in Houston. I wasn’t sure what to expect at the time since I was driving straight into Houston to meet Chandler and his girlfriend, Robyn, to go over wardrobe options. I have to say, it was great to meet the two of them and his personal tailor; we all hit it off and it seemed like we had known each other for years. After shopping and digging through his amazing closet, we had some solid options!
Shoot day came around and we decided to put him in 3 different looks; a custom suit, a casual look and a super fun look shot at the Toyota Center. We went through multiple scenes and scenarios to make sure ESPN had plenty of options to choose from. Obviously, the colorful look won; it was my fav!
Go pick up an issue today!! (It has a basketball UFO on the front)
